Accommodation Rules Station Hotels

1. General Information:
• The hotel’s policies are established in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:
• Check-In: From 14:00 on the day of arrival (local time).
• Check-Out: By 12:00 on the day of departure (local time).
3. Reservations:
• Guaranteed Reservations: A guaranteed reservation requires full or partial payment (for the first night) according to the chosen rate.
• Non-Guaranteed Reservations: The hotel will hold non-guaranteed reservations until 18:00 on the day of arrival (local time).
4. Required Identification:

Guests must present a valid ID upon check-in. Accepted documents include:

• Passport of a foreign citizen or other document recognized under Russian law.
• Residence permit for stateless persons.
• Visa Requirements for Foreign Citizens:
• Foreign guests must have a valid Russian visa (if required) and a migration card, which must be presented along with the passport.
5. Check-In for Minors:
• Under 14 years: Must be accompanied by parents/guardians with appropriate documents.
• 14 to 18 years: Can check-in without parents if they have valid ID and written consent from their legal guardians.
6. Payment Policies:
• Full payment for the entire stay is required upon check-in.
• Accepted payment methods: debit/credit cards, cash, or bank transfer.
• All payments must be made in Russian rubles.
• Additional services must be paid for before departure.
7. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
• Early Check-In (before 14:00): Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
8. Late Check-Out:
• Until 18:00: 50% of the daily room rate.
• After 18:00: Full daily room rate.
9. Children and Extra Beds:
• Children under 6 years stay free if no extra bed is required.
• Discounts and promotions apply only to direct bookings through official hotel channels.
10. Safety and Security:
• Fire safety rules must be strictly followed.
• The hotel is responsible for the safety of guest belongings as per Article 925 of the Russian Civil Code.
• Guests must not leave unauthorized persons in their rooms without permission.
• Visitors are allowed in rooms from 8:00 to 21:00; after 21:00, they must be registered and paid for.
11. Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. A cleaning fee of 5000 rubles will be charged if smoking is detected.
12. Pets:
• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the administration and for an additional fee, provided the hotel’s pet policies are followed.
13. Prohibited Actions:
• Storing flammable materials or using electrical appliances improperly.
• Smoking in unauthorized areas.
• Bringing in extra heaters.
• Rearranging or removing hotel property.
• Consuming alcohol in public areas of the hotel.
14. Quiet Hours:
• Guests must maintain quiet from 23:00 to 7:00.
15. Video Surveillance:
• For security purposes, video surveillance is conducted in common areas, except restrooms and rooms.
16. Pricing and Currency Changes:
• The hotel reserves the right to change rates due to significant economic changes.
17. Non-Compliance:
• Guests violating these rules may be evicted without a refund.
18. Lost and Found:
• Found items are reported and registered.
• Items are stored for a specified period before being disposed of.
• Guests can reclaim items by providing a detailed description.
• Items can be sent to guests upon request and at their expense.
19. Electrical Appliance Usage:
• Follow specific safety guidelines for using irons, hairdryers, and kettles.
• Use only in designated areas and ensure proper handling to avoid damage or injury.
• By following these rules, guests ensure a safe and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
