3 The service is subject to availability. The possibility of free early check-in is confirmed no earlier than on arrival day. The possibility of a free late check-out is confirmed no earlier than on departure day.
4 You start accumulating the necessary amount of points required for transferring to a higher status from the day you register as a Participant in the Programme. New status discounts and privileges will be granted on the following visit after the threshold amount is reached.
5 Discounts are applied according to the participant status exclusively when booking an individual hotel stay (no more than 1 room in the booking) for one Participant directly at the hotel (a phone call to the reservation service, hotel email, online on the hotel official website). Discounts are applied to the rates valid at the time of booking. The Programme participant’s discounts cannot be combined with other special offers, promotions and discounts. No discount is available on additional meals included in the fare.
6 A discount is provided on the hotel's own transfer service, breakfast in your room, and bathrobe and umbrella rentals.
7 Bonus points are credited to the Participant's bonus account in the amount of 1 point for every RUB 20 spent on accommodation services and any additional hotel services. Accumulation of points starts from the date of registration of the Participant in the Programme, and bonus points are added within 1 day after your departure. You can check your bonus account balance by contacting our programme administrator at email@example.com.
8 Accommodation can be paid fully or partially with accumulated bonus points at the rate of 1 point for RUB 1.
9 Guaranteed room availability for dates with no booking availability only when booking is done no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.
